Lost Boating Operator Cards (Lost Boater card)
If you took your boat exam in Ontario or any other Canadian province, then you may obtain a replacement Operator Card from the same provider but you must remember the company you wrote the exam with. If you have proof, you can get a replacecard from elsewhere.

Some course providers have been suspended for not following the Government Gudelines. The ministry does not keep a complete master database so the other option may be to re-write the exam online here.
